Kickin Buffalo Dip

WE LOVE HOT BUFFALO WINGS AT OUR HOUSE....SO WHEN I FOUND THIS RECIPE, I KNEW IT WAS A KEEPER.

This is hot wings with a cracker!  If you like chicken wings with blue cheese, you will love this dip. 

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
6 oz. blue cheese dressing (good quality)
6 oz. cooked chicken (cut up)
6 oz. buffalo wing sauce (we like Franks)
hot sauce to taste
6 oz. cheddar cheese (shredded)
scallion (optional)

Mix cream cheese and 1/2 of blue cheese dressing together.  Spread on the bottom of oven proof dish.  Toss chicken in wing sauce and place on top of cream cheese mixture.  Add hot sauce to taste.  Sliced scallions to taste.

Pour remaining blue cheese dressing on top.  Top with shredded cheese.

Place in 500 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.  Munch away.  Use whatever cracker you like.  You are going to want to double this.  If you like hot, use jalapenos or more hot sauce.

*Do not use cheap Blue Cheese dressing.  It can be sour tasting.  Go for the good stuff.
