Lange's Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

Every Sunday if my husband isn't traveling, he makes the family lunch.  Today it is our favorite Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings.  (Shhhh - I think he wants to be a blogger with me, because he took all the step by step pictures and was excited for me to post this entry.)  He is a pretty good cook so you can trust this recipe to be good.  We love Lemon Pepper and Hot Buffalo wings any day of the week.

First, foil line 2 cookie sheets.  Spray with non-stick spray

Put wings, drummetts on one cookie sheet and bake in 400 degree oven for about 35 minutes.

Remove wings from oven and transfer to second foil lined baking sheet and return to oven for another 10 minutes. Discard the foil from the first pan and Voila.....easy clean up and less grease for the final cooking time.

Meanwhile melt 1/3 cup butter with 3 tbls. Lemon Pepper seasoning and stir to blend.

Place warm wings in deep bowl and pour Lemon Pepper sauce over all of them.

Toss the wings to distribute evenly.
