I'm not a huge chocolate person. Weird I know, but it gives me headaches. However, I do like a little bit of this Fudge Sauce on ice cream. I make chocolate desserts, but rarely eat much of it - thank goodness.
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup butter
2 cups powder sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
Melt chocolate and butter together. Add remaining ingredients and boil on medium for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Will thicken upon cooling.
