Strawberry Mango Salsa

I think I've mentioned before how much I love strawberries.  So fresh, sweet, juicy and delicious on everything.  With spring here what better way to eat strawberries then in a refreshing healthy salsa.  I have never been a huge fan of mango's but this is one way that I WILL eat them.  This is simple with 4 ingredients.

2 cups cubed mango
2 cups cubed strawberries
1 cup red onion
Cilantro

Mix this together and enjoy with tortilla chips.  Nothing fancy, just plain delicious goodness.

Oh I love the sound of this salsa. Fruit and red onion are so good together! I can't wait for our local strawberries to be ready to make this.... All I would need to add is a Corona!!

Hi Lanell, I wanted to let you know that I just made this salsa tonight and it was soooo delicious! I added some fresh lime juice just for fun. I'll be making this again when I host a big Father's Day party. Thanks for such a great recipe!
