I think I've mentioned before how much I love strawberries. So fresh, sweet, juicy and delicious on everything. With spring here what better way to eat strawberries then in a refreshing healthy salsa. I have never been a huge fan of mango's but this is one way that I WILL eat them. This is simple with 4 ingredients.
2 cups cubed mango
2 cups cubed strawberries
1 cup red onion
Cilantro
Mix this together and enjoy with tortilla chips. Nothing fancy, just plain delicious goodness.
