Chicken in Dill Sauce

This is another great recipe from Bobette.  She knows her food and she knows her decorating.  She also has a great blog refreshthenest for great decorating ideas.  She is so talented.

6-8 Chicken Breast halves, boned
2 Shallots, chopped
1 Tbls. butter
1 cup sour cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 tbls. worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. dill
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 cups cheddar cheese
Rice or Noodles cooked

Place chicken in 13x9 dish.  Saute shallots in butter.  Mix shallots, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, worcestershire sauce, dill and broth.  Pour over chicken.  Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.  Serve over rice or noodles.  Serves 6-8
