1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno, minced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. fresh chives
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 fresh ground black pepper
In a bowll combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic, jalapeno, thyme, chives, garlic powder and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
This had just the right amount of kick to it. Instead of Chicken Caesar Salad with Caesar dressing, we used this. It is also really good with Quesadillas.
