I needed to make waffles for a group of about 28 teenagers. I tried this recipe and really, really liked it. It is inexpensive to make and super easy.
How easy is that?
2 cups Bisquick
1 1/2 cups club soda
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
Mix together all ingredients
Pour onto preheated waffle iron.
Serves 4
